FNB is wearying out my patience!

I have never ever come across so many incompetent staff! I order a device online a week ago, then I get an SMS that 2 were ordered, I then tried to phone and when I go through on my 100th attempt was told I have to wait for 48 hours to cancel. Then once the time had passed I couldn't get hold of a single person. Eventually 2 hours later after been passed around like a Ping pong ball I get hold of Shane who says he has canceled and everything will be corrected. During my entire weekend I have had digital planter phono if wanting to deliver both orders to me, so much for his been sorted out, and now I must fix the problem even though I have been tying to for 7 days now. Why must fnb stuff up become my hassle??? This is a joke, and so is all fnb marketing! Fnb don't make anything easy at all. The service has been ridiculous, you can never get hold of anyone! And now it's 4 days til digital planet closes and bet I won't be getting my smart device. Thanks for nothing fn
