After moving my accounts to fnb due to amazing service I regret my decision. I have kept my nedbank acc open due to te lack of service. I received and SMS stating my cc and overdraft had been rejected due to lack of documentation I called and emailed and was told he would get back to me. I am still waiting. When I called re bank charges someone would call me back - I am still waiting. Awful service post changing accounts I wish I could go back in time and reverse my decision
