Promises a call back still waiting!!!

I made a huge complaint regarding lack of customer service and extra bank charges. Desiree called me back regarding my customer service complaint invited me to her store in Milnerton i was very pleased and happy after the service i received she then told me regarding my bank charges some one from Civic center branch will call me which he did and we had a long conversation regarding bank charges and over charges which he also could not really explain what it was for except for bank withdrawals which in any event i told him i understand the cost regarding bank charges but surely for someone that withdraws a lot of times they should give better options and better rates or fixed rates. He then told me he will look into it and get back to me in trying to reimburse me for my extra bank charges and try to see if there is a better option for me regarding my "Unlimited transactions" which i understood and said thank you that would be great in which cash 2 weeks later still no answer. Really unhappy with the FNB customer service. Just wish there service was as great as there advertising.
