Cell C
TERRIBLE SERVICE - Already regret changing!!

On Friday 19 July 2013, I made the decision of changing to Cell C. Worst decision ever! I was told that in 7 working days I will have my new handset or sooner. It has been 9 working days and I do not even have a tracking number as yet. Everyday is a new empty promise, you'll have it by the afternoon, tomorrow morning ect. That never happens!! And there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you don't phone them time and again, they NEVER get back to you... Even after their "EMPTY PROMISE" did not realise. I SO regret ever deciding to change!! Trust me changing to them IS NOT FOR THE BETTER!!! This is pathetic to say the least!
