I have been a loyal client of my way for 3 years and always praise them. August 2013 I had to lodge a claim for the first time due to an accident which damaged my bumper. For the past 3 months and a half I only had my car for about two weeks. why? because there was a month strike in September this I understand and then I had to send my car back and forth to the panel beater :

1.Bluetooth Module (cost: R7600) in my car
2.Water pipe (cost: R1300) burnt down
3. AC not working ()
4.Battery boiling inside and emitting bad odor in the car (cost: R1301)
5.Loud noise from Front Left (caused by drive-shaft, shocks and links in a complete mess) (cost: around R12000)
(1, 2, 3) the panel beaters feel bad or ashamed the pay for it. (4) I fix it myself. (5) My way want me to put another claim for them to fix it stating that I hit a pothole, another excess no ways. I only had my car for about 2 weeks in the last 4 months and the car was being taken from place to places so anything could happen. I do not understand why this is my problem miway took the car to the panel beater not me but They will not take responsibility. I have been calling, emailing miway still ignores me.(to be continued)
