Holding 40 Min to speak to a consultant

My father passed away and I called in to speak to one of the consultants -was told I can not speak to a manager... was told they will transfer me AGAIN to your deathclaims division - confirmed that I am not willing to hold for another 40 min

Question was there life insurance on the credit card???

Perhaps you should change your message from "one of our friendly... to one of our unhelpfull staff members"

Thank goodness I am not a Kulula clients!!
