I have been receiving emails and smses saying I owe Moto Health money. I haven't been on Moto Health for almost 4 years and my company was in charge of paying them. It came straight off my pay. I have tried replying to the emails and phoning the call centre, joburg branch and EL branch but the numbers are always unavailable. How can I sort this out if I can't even get through to them to speak to someone?
