PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE... 2 Weeks and Waiting

I am writing on behalf of my folks. Their Solar Panel glass shattered and they called Outsurance so that it can be replaced (28th November 2013). They were told someone was going to come and inspect the Panel and provide a quote. This didnt happen due to an issue with the company who supposed to come out and inspect the damage. My folks then took the initiative upon themselves to get a company to come out (Solar Ya Africa) and submit a quote to Outsurance. The quote was submitted to Cathy Govender last week on the 5th December and once again on Monday 9th December. No news from Outsurance still. My mum called Outsurance 4 times this week and was given the run around - the people she spoke to said there was nothing on the system and that they will mail Cathy. Today I called Outsurance and was told Cathy is now on leave. Tried calling her manager was routed to a Vaughy who took down my number and said someone will call me. Asked for the turnaround time and was told she does not work in that department.

Frustrations:
2 weeks and no solution
My folks are retired and need to find resources to sort this out
Cathy does not handover outstanding work when on leave!!!

Pathetic!!!
