I generated an electronic prepaid payment to be deducted on the first of every month, and instead of my mobile number used the wrong code as notification. The result, not receiving Tokens and becoming upset as payment went through my bank account. I utilized the electronic customer service chat system and was surprised by the response to assist me in resolving my problem, which resulted in the gentlemen who assisted me having to work through hundreds of proof of payments, as I couldn't produce the correct proof. I was astonished as he called me back several times, twice just to assure me he was still working on my query. I received a final call from him around 20h00 to inform me that he had found and processed my payment, and minutes later I received my Tokens. I utilized the system again today to inquire about the new changes being put forward as from December 18th 2013, and was assisted promptly and accurately again. I am totally astounded by the level of classy and quality service provided by Prepaid 24. Thank you for setting the bar so high, as this is living proof of what service "really" is, and what we as South Africans are actually accustomed to receiving. Regards.
