I have had an sms threatening to suspend my line and a voice mail on my land line threatening same accusing me of not paying my account when I have.

I tried to send a proof of payment to their website as the various email addresses they have bounced back my attempts to email them as unread.
I called the call centre, spoke to accounts department and provided the payment proof code number for my PAID ACCOUNT who said they would lodge the matter on the system and yet the electronic threats continued. This is not just harassment but unlawful.
This all took place in a matter of two days after payment due date.!! Seriously Telkom? I have a 35 year track record with them and while even Telkom enjoy the electronic communication system and they themselves have been an active player in its creation, cannot seem to manage it!
Customers are just a bunch of numbers in a system and customer correspondence is non existent.
