DEDUCTING INSTALLMENTS BEFORE DUE DATE

I have a personal loan with FNB and the installment is suppose to go of at the 25th of each month. But ONCE AGAIN they deducted the installment this morning after I was assured that it will not happen again. And to top it all, this has caused me to go into my overdraft and guess what, now FNB will charge me a fee for using my overdraft!!!
