MiWay
Breach of Contract

My car was insure by MiWay until it was on the 9th of June 2009 at South Gate Mall. I immediately called into MiWay to inform them so they can track alert tracker and trace the car. unfortunately afta 24 hours i still had not heard any news. when i phoned in they told me that they could not find the vehicle. the tracker unit could not be located

MiWay refused to settle the car. I continued to pay for a vehicle that was not in my possession. i closed my account with MiWay since the car was no longer in my possession
In August 2013 there was a turn in events. i got a call from unit based in Lesotho to inform me that the vehicle was found in Lesotho. We drove up to lesotho (at our won expenses) to identify the vehicle. After beeng pushed from pillar to post we identified the vehicle.
Sadly the guy who is in possession of the vehicle is a police officer who works for Lesotho. Under the Lesotho law he has the right to the car even though we have positively identified it.
i have been in contact with MiWay (Pontsho) recently and i was told i closed the file so they cannot help me
MiWay is in Breach of Contract and i Demand Answers and im taking this issue to Court
