On the 7th March 2013, I decided to sell a Vehicle with registration XYK511GP. The following day, i contacted Miway Insurance as well as Tracker to inform them that i no longer have that vehicle in my possession, i had arranged for one of the Tracker technicians to remove the Tracker from that vehicle, that never happened, because the gentleman that bought the car works difficult hours & to get hold of him is a bit of a problem. I liaised with Sarah Brink & Jackie van Wyk @Tracker regarding opting out of this agreement, she gave me the following calculation to have this contract terminated R796.00 (R199x4), The contact details for the gentleman that bought the car from me is as follows: 083 611 4492 or 084 605 7622, his name is Bernard, don't know his surname, I dont even have a car anymore & their unit is still in the sold car, Cause i believe that Tracker wants their unit back, they can phone Bernard & request to get it back from him. The fact that Tracker handed me over to lawyers for not paying on something i no longer possess is rather childish, Now i am getting harrassed by NuDebt, My credit profile has been badly affected by this. My dreams of buying a new house is shattered.
