Bad Service

On the day of the incident my insurance offered me a breakdown service that took my vehicle to its yard and I had to organize a transport to take me home. Vehicle got assessed and I was told it was going to be written off. It's now February without a vehicle and now I'm being told the vehicle will be fixed. Whenever I contact Miway now they always promise to phone me back but they never do. Now I regret the day I joined Miway. Please assist me in any way you can.
