Miway's represesentative damaged our vehicle when fitting an immobiliser.
This second immobiliser was fitted this Saturday & broke within a matter of hours, damaged our vehicle & left us stranded. The fitment centre that Miway referred us to was one of the worst customer experiences we have ever had & after us being shouted at by the manager we contacted Miway to intervene & resolve the matter.
Miway commited to phone us at 11h30 today & provide a resolution to the matter as we are out of pocket for the immobiliser & not prepared to let this fitment centre carry out any further work on our vehicle.
11h30 came & went with no call. Called Miway and after another 30minutes spent on the phone all I can show for it is one of the greatest stonewalling demonstrations I have ever seen. Nothing tangible had been done. Kabelo refused to put me through to or provide me with the contact details of one of the Miway Directors, as I wished to inform them of the repeated service issues we have experienced on both of our Miway policies over the last two weeks.
When a client is already on the edge with Miway, perhaps you should not try so hard to push them over. URGENT RESOLUTION REQUIRED
