I Vukile Xulu policy holder : 250075068 would like to lodge a formal complaint with Virgin Money for not effectively intervening and resolving the Dis-service from Windscreen Direct.

I as a client of Virgin Money Insurance I submitted a windscreen claim and was referred to windscreen direct to get the windscreen replaced, on 28 November 2013 windscreen direct sent two incompetent fitters to fit the glass which was not fitted correctly that morning, it then took me the entire day to get the fitment corrected and as a result was only able to leave from work around 19:00 as I had to wait for the adhesive to bond.

On the 30th November 2013, I then discovered that there were 2 dents on the body of my vehicle just above the windscreen on the roof to be exact and then I immediately complained to Virgin Money and was allocated a reference number as per the subject line, when I phoned to enquire about the progress of my complaint I was informed that Chandre or Ursula were handling this matter and would revert back to me soonest which never happened until I phoned a second time.
