Have to wait more than an hour for response

I wanted to follow up on an insurance claim but had to wait more than an hour for someone to pick up the phone at the ABSA insurance call centre and then when someone did eventually pick up the phone the immediately put the phone down in my ear. It is unacceptable that working people and policy holders have to take more than an hour from their working day in order to hold for someone to just eventually get the phone dropped in your ear. I lodged an complaint at ABSA insurance head office but I'm yet to have someone follow up.
