I've applied for a Samsung device and was approved and everything was said to be in order and that the deviced will be delivered asap. Now that i'm following up on the device delivery date i'm told that there is no stock and there is a shortage. Nobody can tell me when they will get stock and when i will get the device i've applied for. Call centre told me today 18/10/13 no manager or supervisor is in today that i can speak to. I think they give bad service with the device sales and don't provide the client with truth about the stock shortage problems. I was also told that i might only get the device some time in November only. This is very bad service and no one gets back to you with information. Was told twice they will phone me back with an answer but no phone call received.
