Poor Insurance Service

I reported a claim over 2 weeks ago and have still not received any feedback from SA Home Loans. A contractor was sent out without contacting me and arranging a time to check my hail damaged roof. On checking the roof they further damaged it and left a plastic sheet covering the damaged areas. The problem has just become worse. I did not receive any feedback since. I have tried to call on 3 occasions and am informed that I will be contacted shortly. I am still waiting. I would not recommend any one take house hold insurance with SA Home loans.
