Just some feedback on my complaint dated : 20 November 2013. On that same day, Marilyn Theron went the extra mile to contact me and assured me that the assessor (Wayne) will contact me at 15h00 and set up an appointment with me. Wayne contacted me, came out to my house and did the assessment. On top of that he gave me advice on how to overcome future roof problems. Marilyn also contacted me again to make sure the assessor got hold of me. Everything then went smoothly and i was paid out for the repair work in a couple of days. Well done to the person mentioned in this correspondence and to iWYZE.
