On the 11th of November 2013, we reported a claim as the hail and wind damaged our property.
Up to today, nothing has been done to the wall that is partially blown down, and the fact that there is NO security around the property, and the intercoms, cctv and motor is not working, is obviously no concern of ABSA.
When a person phones in, it rings for an hour and when they ACTUALLY answers the phone, it gets put down in your ear, or they transfer you to the correct person, and the phone goes dead in your ear, immediately.
I just want to put this on record... IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME, MY FAMILY, MY ANIMALS OR GET BURGLED AS A RESULT OF THE WALL BEING DOWN, ABSA IS LIABLE FOR ALL EXPENSES AND WILL REPLACE ITEMS WHERE IT IS POSSIBLE!
We had plans to go on holiday, but we will have to cancel all our plans, as the repairs will not be done in time.
We have decided that 2 security guards per shift will be employed and that it will be for ABSA's account.
As we are cancelling our holiday, all cancellation fees will be for ABSA's account.
