They state 1-3 hours to respond yet 24hours passed

I applied for one of the products and have received no reply and they state it takes the 1-3 hours to respond i emailed three of their agents this morning and no response from any of them i used to receive excellent service before and now i get the shoddiest service ever its unacceptable.
