I bought a voucher for a spa streatment at SureSlim North Riding. (That alone was a bad idea since they are so incredibly rude... they deserve their own Hello Peter complaint!) So i wanted to cancel my groupon as per the T&C's. I emailed customer support and got an email back saying that they would respond within 24 hours. I waited 24 hours and did not receive a response. I then sent a follow up email... still no repsonse. i have now sent 4 follow up emails in the last week and a half and no onehas responded!! To make matters worse, I then posted a message on Groupon's face book wall asking them to please repsond to my email (I didnt even state what the complaint was). I go back on to facebook now and I see that groupon has the cheek to delete my facebook post! What kind of customer service is this??

Can someone PLEASE respond to my emails. When can I expect my refund?

Great special but battle to book
