No assistance!!!

We applied for a loan through Thinkmoney and was pre-approved. We were told that a consultant would contact my wife within 1-3 working hours and now more then 24 hours later she has still not received a call. We are trying to get a number that we can call but there seems to be no contact numbers for this company? Seems like they are a fly-by-night setup...
