Takes over 24 hours to respond to customers!!

First time in my life where I deal with a salesman by the name of IRVINE that takes over 24 hours to respond to a client that interested in buying a new car.
Then when he does reply after you send him a mail again, it looks like a copy/paste reply, over 24 hours for a waiting client!!!

Wake up guys, or ship out of the industry!
Is this what you call service, now you wont reply to this mail which is fine, but ur ratings look bad which you deserve!
