No Privacy if you are using FNB online

I was locked out of using Online banking and called the help line. It would seem that FNB trace your PC! Yes they know your PC IP and Mac address because they are phishing on your machine by the looks of it??? It would seem that if you try make changes to your Online banking and you have logged on for an alternative machine (not your normal one) they lock you out and you cant complete all the banking tasks???
The worst part is that they cant fix it as they don't see it as a problem and can only recommend to me that i keep on trying and eventually (its been 4 days now) it will come right?
So FNB are watching you without your permission, never mind the Government, watch the banks.
