Deposits not reflecting have to wait 30 days

To deposits were made into my credit card account by my employer. One on the 25th and the other on the 29th November. they are not reflecting in my account. When I contact ABSA, Lerato Mokwena told me that I have to wait 30 days before they can give me an answer regarding my inquiry. I think it is unacceptable their level of service.
