Plz remove the judgement on my name

I had a credit card with nedbank, and i couldnt pay, so the filed a judgement on my name, bt they added another judgement for the same thing, i called them and they told me it was a mistake, they will remove it, ive calling them for the past 3months to fix it and they havent ficed it, the other judgment is also paid off and requested for Consent avidavity so that i can apply for removal of judgement, its been 2 months now, still no response from them, ive been denied credit becouse of them and i cant even get a proper job becouse of these 2 judgements, i dont know what to do anymore this is very frustrating, if this is not solved by end of ths month im gona have to go the legal way and they will pay for all the costs.
