Emoval of judgement from my name

In 2007 i had a credit card with fnb, i lost my job and was unable to make payment on the card. i informed fnb about this, unfortunately they still placed a judgement against my name. due to this judgement i was unable tp find employment. i managed to pay the card off in april of 2012, thinking that i will now be able to get a better job. since last year i have been struggling with fnb and their edc assist team to remove the judgement from my name, due to this i am still unable to find employment as companies refuse to emply people with bad itc ratings and since this is a judgement it somehow makes getting employment much more difficult. i have sent numerous emails, sometimes even begging for their help as i cannot provide for my child at this time, but to no avail. they send me emails saying that they have sent me documents in the post, but to this day i have still not received anything. it was so quick and easy for them to place a judgement against me yet now that i have paid them double what i owed i am still struggling for them to remove the judgement more than 14 months later... so what happens now fnb?
