FNB, how can we waste your time

Yesterday a lady called Prudence phoned me trying to sell life insurance, I think. Her telephone manners were awful, she struggled to properly explain what it is she is selling, clearly reading from a script. I advised that FNB should do their homework before contacting me again.

Well, today a lady named Kgomotso called me. She did not even announce where she was calling from and the manner in which she spoke to me made it very clear that she is not really interested in speaking to me. When I asked here where she is phoning from and she answered FNB, it became clear that there is very little control over the calls being made to the numbers... sorry clients.

Please FNB, don't waste your clients' time, have some respect. If you assign someone to call us, get people who have very good telephone manners, that speaks clearly and know exactly what they are doing and selling.
