Unauthorised debit

I lodged a complaint about unathorised debit that was made in my FNB account and FNB was quick to respond and helped resolve the problem. We reached an agreement with the law firm they had handed my account to. I made payment end of November as agreed but FNB still went ahead to deduct an amount of R2109 on top of what I have already paid to the attorneys. This issue is frustrating me seriously. I'm trying to play my part here but I am no getting any cooperation.
