I think I over-stayed my welcome with FNB; for the very first time I'm complaining to deaf ears.
Over a week now since my complaint & I'm still not sure if I'm getting help as client or not. I'm saying again that the money that was left in my account was a provision to cover for all the loans not just one account. I called FNB Collection/Legal department & a lady by the name of Nompumelelo gave me an attitude saying I owe the bank so that money the bank took, I'm not getting it back. AGAIN, I'm saying, that money should have been paid amongst the accounts I have, not just one account. I don't want this reminders I'm getting that my accounts are due for payment whereas I provided for that. Funny enough that last month bank deducted 3 amounts as agreed to start deducting September2013, all of a sudden bank don't have an agreement in place with me. How did they deduct 3 amounts if there's no agreement? Somebody has been INCOMPETENT here & now I must take the blame. This is not how clients are treated.
