UNFAIR Hand over of account without communication

My account was handed over to MIC attorneys, i have made an arrangement with them to debit my account monthly 20th of every month R2000, 22 of august i called enq why they did not debit my account as per arrangement, they informed me that standrd bank pulled the file back & hand it over to other attorneys withount any communitcation & there is extra amount to be paid than waht i was owing on the previous arrangement, i have called standard bank legal, pre-legal & i spoke to sifiso, team leader and many consultant who advise me that there is nothing i can do but to pay . i am willing to pay the account provided that i continue with my previous arrangement that i have made and i am stil wating for d/o to be sent to my account, i am not willing to pay any extra fee charged, since i honered my arrangement by reserving funds into my account and standard bank just hand ME over to another attorneys without communicating with me.
WHEN I CALL MIW THEY SAY THEY CANT, WHEN I CALL STANDARD BANK THEY CANT HELP EITHER.
SINCE NO ONE IS WILLING TO LISTEN TO ME & RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I
I will not pay any amount further until this query is resolved. this IS A RIP OFF.
