I have just wasted more than 30 minutes of my business time trying to connect to the Clearwater Branch via the central calling system that Standard bank has implemented a while ago. Every time, without fail, that I have to use this central system it is a DISASTER... I end up loosing my temper, even when the Operator is (as they were today, reasonable good in keeping me informed about the call... or rather not being able (as usual and as it happens all the time), not being able to connect to the Branch as " no answer " from the Branch ...!!!
So the bank that advertises " moving forward " continues to move backwards rather and as usual not a single Manager is prepared to accept my " challenge " to phone me back so iI can complain to them, Management for a lousy service.
