LOGGING ON TO MY ACCOUNT ON WEBSITE

I am registered on the MTN Website to view my account for my MTN 3G card.

My password to get into the site has been locked / expired / incorrect and now I can not enter my account on the site anymore.

I tried to reset the password and log-in details on-line, but the last step of the process is that they need to send me an sms.
I can't receive sms on my 3G card! So I am unable to verify the account log-in details without the information on the said sms.
Why can't they e-mail the verification code to me?

I've spoken to various call centre agents and tried to explain, but they don't seem to understand my problem.
I have been promised that they would send the outstanding invoices to me - nothing received.
I have been promised that they would reset the password - nothing was reset.

I am so frustrated - they debit my bank account every month, but I am missing 5 months' Invoices and can not claim it back from the Company I work for, without presenting these invoices.
