I want my car to be repaired

What must I do so that I can get a full well done service? Now I will have to take a risk and drive a vehicle which was not fixed well. Honestly I am so frustrated and the same time I feel helpless as I don't know were to turn to. On 5th December I contacted Great South Auto, regarding the problem on my vehicle arising from where they are claiming they have fixed. On that day the vehicle was recalled to their premises to repair and they even confirmed that they have fixed the problem. Today, the same problem starts again, now I don't know what to do. I am going to take a risk to drive to work, how much damage will it impact on the parts on the car and who will be liable for that damage? Miway would kindly call you assessor or inspector to come review what am I talking about. I even paid excess of R3000, for nothing.
