I called KP 2013/09/29 when I was stuck on the road at 07H10 and was assured they will dispatch somebody to assist. At around 11H00 I received an sms stating assistance will be with me in the next 40 minutes. I called them back to say that I didn't need it anymore since GM assisted me after I called them at 08H30. Somebody called after 13H00 apologizing profusely and with lots of promises.
A few months after this I took my car to Glassfit to replace the windscreen. Both Glassfit and myself had to battle for over 2 hours to get authorization for this.
On 2013/12/06 I got an sms from KP to inform me that my debit order didn't go off. I called them and told them to submit it again and felt unhappy about the fact that they only debited my account on the 3'rd. After sending my statement through to show the charges Monique called me on the 10'th to tell me the statement that I sent through isn't prove enough. This morning I received the following via email:

Client is being a real, we debit on the wrong date, premium did not go off, called client back, saying we will refund his back fee, but need a proper bank statement with our policy nr as the reference.
