Called king price for a qoute and was debited without assessing the car @ glassfit and agreeing to the policy.

I was told a cancellation letter will also be sent to my insurer but 2 debit ran on my bank account this month..I then cancelled with king price and was told that i wont be getting my initiation fee back, although i was told on monday that i'll get it back.
