African Bank
MOVE MY DEBIT ORDER TO THE 1ST~!!

Good day,

I have contacted African Bank the end of last month (August) to move my debit order to the 01 of each month as I moved to a new company and my salary only get's paid in the last of the month in the evening.

The customer representative then informed me that He will not be able to do this as I need to forward documentation. But I do not have to worry because as the 31 of August falls on a Saturday the debit order will only go off on the 2nd which is the Monday. This did NOT happen and my bank account went into a MINUS!!!

I then faxed all of my documents to the number he game me-as I cannot email the required documents which is ridiculous!!

After this I still received an email to say that it will be deducted from my account on the 30 September 2013. THEN MY ACCOUNT WENT INTO MINUS AGAIN!!!

My bank phoned me this morning to inform me that due to my African bank debit order my credit record is damaged!!

I want to take off the debit order and move to manual payment.
