I took a loan of R15000.00 on May 2011 My instalment was 1062.00 Same year I was retrenched Dec 2011.I then submitted my retrenchment documents at African bank notifying them im now out of job. So 2012 I got a job I then went back to them telling them that im now working all to find out my retrenchment documents where never submitted to the insurance, my loan was never paid for r the 6 months when I was out of job, they kept on adding the interest I started to pay again this year from July R1362.00 but last month my balance was R22000.00.When I ask the manager (Paul Dladla) at African bank he told my documents were never submitted, and because of that they wont remove the areas, they only submitted the documents today im now told to wait and see if they accepting it or declining them but African bank wont remove arrears. Please if u can assist im desperately need help.
