Good day

I have all my accounts with Nedbank. I have an investment acoount that i would have liked to transfer some money out of untill payday in December. I went to 5 branches on Saturday when your systems were down. I went to Randburg branch 3 times only to stand in queues my entire lunch time and not move anywere as they kept pushing people in. This furiates me as i need the money for personal issues and no one can assist over the phone, even though your systems were down when i went to these banks. I now cannot take ANY more time of work and am still sitting without a resolution!!!
