Arrangement Dissapears and now its my problem

I received a sms from Absa to call them to make arrangements for payments on my card, I went into a branch to make the arrangement (called the number from Host phone), now the arrangement disappeared and if I can't provide proof of this arrangement they got the right to take my money from a loan that I made. I recently moved my account from FNB to Absa because I believe to get better service, the card is an old card which were behind, and now they can take the funds form my new account, I can't get my child to see the specialist because I can't pay the fee to the doctor after taking a loan (now I can't get a another loan) thanks to Absa steeling my money. I NEED MY MONEY BACK PLEASE... WHAT MUST I DO MORE TO GET MY OWN MONEY BACK... I know I need to pay you but please be human and allow me to pay u off... What a waste to move to Absa...
