DELAY IN GETTING MY INVESTMENT PAID OUT

I went to the branch on saturday 30/03/2013 to put in a notice from my investment account and was informed that I must open a savings acc with nedbank for them to be able to transfer money which I refused to open and they said they will put a notice for me to get my money on wednesday with a cheque. On wednesday I went to Arcardia branch and was made aware that I do not need to open an account, they will transfer my money and I will get on Thursday but still now there is no money.

According to the contract it takes 48 hours to get the money
