Nedbank can not give simple Info

I'm trying to get interest rates for 32 day notice account from June 2007 to date. I have spoken to Enquiries in Randburg and Northgate branches. Neither of them can help. I have spoken to an investment banker in Northgate and the branch manager who advised I call 0860 555 111 as they will be able to help. Devon said he can not help but he will put me through to an investment specialist who can. Verushka then told me that Nedbank ONLY have 24 hour notice accounts and there are no long term investments at all with Nedbank. Maybe I am wrong in supporting this bank??
