Unauthorized debit orde

Personalized Systems and Services debited money from my account without my authorization and I don't even know them. Actually I have never even heard of them. Lucky enough Nedbank was able to reverse the money back into my account. I was able to move the money from the account and closed it.

My problem is I was told that if the debit order goes off next month it will automatically reopen my account. Nedbank is telling me that it's my responsibility to trace this people and stop the debit order because if it goes off again my account will be in arrears and I have to pay.

Why should it be my responsibility when I don't even know this people?

Why did Nedbank allow Personalized Systems and Services to debit my accounts without my consent? Is this legal? Tried calling this number 0126635662 for Personalized Systems and Services and the number is engaged.
