Claim not paid in five weeks

Hi

I submitted a claim for my car keys, which was later used to gain access to my car to still my phone which was on the charger and a laptop. I have submitted this claim by 6th November 2013, and to date no decision has been taken.

I constantly call their offices and communicate with the person responsible for my claim Keneilwe, but every time I am being sent from pillar to post.

Last week monday, I was told that the claim is with the managers and that by thursday I will get agreement of loss, and to date nothing has materialised.
