Bridge Loans
My account was paid but they still debited R790

I have paid up my loan but bridge debited my account on the 28 November R790.00 i have trying to get my money back ever since then with no luck its over 10 days now and i still havent received my money.

i went to the centurion branch helped by Silence and she told me my application havent been done .( this was monday 09 Dec)
i seriously want my money back this is taking forever and going to log a complain at helipeter.
i dont understand why cant they reverse the transaction as i have paid the acount in full the worst part is they donrt even see that tmy account is over paid.

talk of poor account management, i will never ever use bridge finance again.
branch is slow
call centre is not useful as it keeps on sending me back to the branch.
