Bridge loans cant pay out because of unforeseen ci

Good day

I applied for a loan via the Bridge loan website on 10 September 2013. I have phoned and e-mailed their customer care to simply know when the money will be paid out. I received an sms on 19 September saying due to unforeseen circumstances my loan cannot be paid out this week.

How is this an explanation?
