Unauthorized debit orde

An amount of R99 was debited from my account on the 23/09 i don't know what's the reason for that.i didn't take out a loan with you, i would really appreciate it if the money taken off from my account can be refunded and the debit order charge be paid because the debit order initially bounced.and can consulatants from bridge loans stop calling me, if you need any further information regarding this conatct flemix and associates
