Late payments

I applied for a loan on the 6th of September and i still have not been paid out!!! a month later. i keep getting sms's to say the money will be paid in a week's time, but its been 4 weeks now. im highly disappointed, never ever using this company again. they were very quick to debit my account for the monthly instalment, but they havent even paid me the money.
